It houses 2 vacuum pumps and 1 water pump. Water is pumped to the manifold on table from water collection tank.
All necessary parts, including Motorized forward and backward movement, air blower for removing water on profile surfaces, and 3 axis precision movement of tooling pallets, are integrated in such small size 4000mm X 900mm X 950mm (L X W X H) vacuum calibration table.

Connectors for vacuum cyclone tank
The integrated cyclone tank connected with one 4.0 kW vacuum pump and one 1.5 kW water pump can produce continuous vacuum in vacuum cyclone tank of extrusion tool, which is necessary for producing hollow profiles.
