The design theory of the foam extrusion tooling is: when the polymer melt containing vesicant pass through the die head, the surface that clinging to the die will be compressed and cooled suddenly, and the surface will become hard because of lower temperature than the point of foam temperature; and the core parts of die head will make the inside poly melt freely foam in the profiles, so the surface of the product is slippery and hard, but the inside is loosen and flexile.
