Clipper-built flow design is used for the construction of die head of our tooling. The feeding-flow to the inner and outer wall is divided into two independent cavities and controlled respectively, this can restrain the turbulence of the flow and make it steadily when the tooling is extruding at different speed, and it makes the material come out from the die head more equably and less rely on the formulation.
