As per the requirement of plastic products, most super-engineering plastics used nowadays contain additives with fire agent, glass fiber, stone dust, modifier, etc. This results in the fast abrasion and short lifetime of barrels and screws.
In addition to the significant effectiveness on the bimetallic barrel manufacturing, our company have made researches on the alloy powder proportion for the application on super-engineering plastics positively. Now the tungsten carbide(WC) content of barrel achieves to 25%, the corrosion and abrasion resistance of which can surpass the performance of same level products from Europe, the United States, and Japan. Besides the PTA Spray Welding screw, the HVOF Spray Coating Screw has been successfully developed. Matching with our self-made bimetallic barrel and spare parts treated specially, the lifetime of barrel set is increased effectively, which brings more fortune to the plastic industry.
