VANTAGE series may work with all types of horizontal injection molding machines of 50~450 tons to pick out the product. Unlike the traditional beam robots, it should be installed in such a direction that the product and runner are taken out and released to the end of the machine, thus saving the footprint. The single-stage arm and telescopic arm options are available. Both of them may be added with a runner arm for 3-platen-mould to grip both runner and product at the same time. Vertical stroke of 600~1000mm available. Not only can it reduce the footprint by 30~40% to allow better utilization of the production space, but also increase the production capacity by 20~30% and enhance the product quality. What�s more, it assures operator�s safety, saves the labor, and allows for precision control of yield level and avoidance of wasting. Robot structure The AC servo motor is used for traverse axis driving, while pneumatic cylinder for bothvertical and crosswise axis. High-rigidity linear slide rails are utilized in all three axis of traverse axis, crosswise axis, and vertical axis, and specially light but high-rigidity swaged aluminum alloy beam is used in crosswise and vertical axis, all of which guarantee high-speed, high efficiency,
low vibration and long lifetime. The telescopic arm features strap-multiple-speed mechanism, which enhances vertical moving speed, makes a good solution for low-height workshop.
