PET perform beam robot are designed for take-out of 350cc-1500cc PET perform,
applicable to all types of PET injection mold machine ranging from 200T to 600T
with 8~48 cavities mold. Installed on fixed platen and place PET outside of rear
safety door. Enclosed cooling system on EOAT to cool the taken-out product.,
greatly shorten cooling time in mold and increasing output. With AC servo motor
driven, take out products at high speed.
Structure
Integral arm design, super strong structure and with high rigidity linear slide
rail on traverse side-entry axis, ensured long use life. Operate with belt to
make it clean and without oil sludge. With AC servo motor driven, take out
products at high speed with accurate position.
