ZSJ series automatic vacuum hopper loader has been developed through referring
to the similar German product. On the basis of the pneumatic-conveying
principle, the gas is separated away from the powder by adopting the most
advanced filter material. We solve the problem thoroughly that the filter
surface is easy to be covered with dust. This problem has puzzled people for
long periods.
Application rage
This product is widely applicable for automatic conveying powder or mixing
powder/granule in the industries such as plastic, rubber, chemical, paint, food,
medicine and etc. The filtering is excellent even for the mixing material of
CaCo3, and PVC with the content of CaCo3 less than 50%?
Features of this machine
The filter material this product adopts is high in strength, efficient in
cleaning dust, low in pressure loss the stretching strength is higher than
12N/mm2, the pressure loss is less than 350Pa, when the filter flow is about
2000~2500m3/m2.h. While for the ordinary filter material, the pressure loss
isnt less than 350Pa even the filter flow is 40~50 m3/m2.h. So it is difficult
for the ordinary ones with such fine filter efficiency. This product is low in
noise and high work performance. |
