A new box weigh-filling module is the latest addition to modular conveyor products from Dynamic Conveyor Corp., Muskegon, Mich. The DynaCon Box Filling System is a stand-alone module with weight sensor and large graphical LCD display in metric or English units. It allows for user-defined fill rates to ensure accuracy as tight as 0.3 oz, and repeatability to within 9 g. The automated system handles boxes up to 200 lb and has quick disconnects to attach it to conveyors. It requires no compressed air. Box fillers are offered in widths of 18, 24, and 36 in.
